In May, MCANY proudly hosted a special reception honoring the six outstanding recipients of this year’s Annual Steamfitting Scholarship Program. These bright young students were awarded monetary scholarships in recognition of their hard work and dedication—along with brand new iPads to help them get started at their new schools.
To date, the Steamfitting Promotion Fund has awarded nearly $2 million to the children of hardworking members of Steamfitters Local 638. We look forward to continuing this proud tradition for years to come.

Eligible applicants must:
• Be a graduating high school senior
• Be the son or daughter of a steamfitter with at least 10 years of service in our industry
