DOB Releases Bulletin Affecting Temporary Sprinkler Requirements
On September 5th, the New York City Building Department released Buildings Bulletin 2017-009. This document clarifies the requirements for standpipe and sprinkler systems in existing buildings undergoing alterations, including compartmentation requirements and FDNY requirements. This bulletin supersedes the BB 2012-009.
